The University of Oregon (UO) is nestled in the lush Willamette Valley, with an easy drive to both the Pacific Ocean and the Cascade Mountains. UO challenge students to question critically, think logically, communicate clearly, act creatively, and live ethically. A free homestay program for exchange students arriving before the fall International Student Orientation may also be available for eligible students.

Please note, the University of Oregon follows a term-based calendar with 3 x 10 week terms each academic year, exchange spots are calculated by term. Each term is .33 FTE equivalent. Fall term runs from late September to mid-December, winter runs from early January to mid-March, and spring term runs from late March to mid-June. LTU students can attend for 1 term (winter or spring) or 2 terms (winter and spring).
