Career Hub
Career Hub connects you with a wide range of career and employability services and programs. Through Career Hub you can ask questions, book appointments for career advice and register for employer events. You can search job boards and access career resources, including resources tailored for international students. Plus, access interactive AI resume and interview tools.
Make sure to visit Career Hub regularly to stay informed and updated on career and employability opportunities at La Trobe.
Logging in
- Current students: Use your student username (e.g., students\12345678) and password to login to Career Hub. If you are having difficulties logging in, please contact: Student IT Support
- Alumni: Use your personal email address and password to login to Career Hub. La Trobe Alumni have ongoing access to careers resources, including Career Ready Assist and LinkedIn Learning.
- Staff: Staff have the same access as La Trobe students and graduates. Use your staff email and password to log in to Career Hub.

Career Ready Essentials Webinars
Our Career Ready Essentials are a comprehensive suite of on-demand sessions designed to enhance your employability skills across a range of career preparation and employability topics.
After viewing each webinar, download your Certificate of Attendance and upload it to your Career Ready Advantage Profile as a Professional Learning Activity.
La Trobe has a range of careers resources that will help you to develop your career management skills. From lessons and courses to AI tools and information about your discipline, we have you covered in your career exploration and preparation for the professional world of work.
Career Ready Assist
La Trobe has partnered with Big Interview for mock interview practice, and ResumeAI for resume feedback and advice.
Career Summaries
Our Career Summaries provide advice and ideas on the types of jobs you could have based on your discipline. They are a great starting point for your career research.
LinkedIn Learning
All La Trobe students have free access to curated LinkedIn Learning courses designed to develop Career Ready capabilities.
Industry programs
La Trobe has a range of ways you can connect with employers, gain practical experience and build your employability skills.
Industry Mentoring
The La Trobe Industry Mentoring program connects students with an industry professional, in a 12-week mentoring relationship. Students are matched with mentors based on key interests, education and career aspiration alignment.
Work Integrated Learning and Placements
La Trobe offers a range of industry experiences embedded in curriculum. All undergraduate students can undertake a placement.
Career Ready Industry Experiences
Career Ready Industry Experiences are two-week virtual projects offered by our partner, Practera. Current experiences include the Study Australia Industry Experience Program. During semester, our Career Ready Ambassadors are available on-campus and online.

The Employability Programs team offers specialised support to staff, helping to integrate co-curricular experiences and in-curricular activities with the Career Ready Advantage™ Award. If you believe activities in your course or subject could be recognised within the Career Ready Advantage™ award, please reach out to the Employability Programs team.
