Student IT Support can assist with specific technical errors on supported systems. We do not provide help with how to use software or services.
Personal devices are the responsibility of the owner. However, we will do our best to support the following services:
- Resetting your La Trobe password
- Microsoft Authenticator support
- Accessing La Trobe provided systems
- Troubleshooting technical errors
- Printing on campus
- Setting up Wi-Fi
Please note: Sometimes the issue may be caused by your device’s hardware, software, or how it works with La Trobe’s systems. In these cases, Student IT Support may not be able to fix the problem.
We may refer you to your Subject Coordinator for help with course-related software or suggest seeking external IT support, such as your local computer shop.
