Subject outline

You will explore the sourcing, structuring, negotiation, value creation and exit strategies involved from both the viewpoint of the entrepreneur and the investor. Finally, you will consider the effect of new technologies, such as the internet, cloud computing and blockchain, on the venture capital process, so as to be able to take advantage of new ways of raising capital as the capital market itself innovates and evolves.
