This subject describes the requirement for nurses to participate in a range of acute health environments. In this subject students will develop skills needed to make individualised health care plans through the collection of data during a client's preliminary and ongoing health assessments. A lifespan approachis used and topics include assessing chronic health and working with diverse client groups.
