This subject addresses La Trobe's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Essential. Innovation and Entrepreneurship is about using your creativity to generate new ideas, understand and solve complex problems and thrive in a fast-changing world.

Subject outline

This subject provides students with the opportunity to develop skills in strategic communications within an internal consultancy based at La Trobe University. Students are introduced to real work pressures over two semesters in this and the second semester extension of this subject STC3SAA and STC3SAB by undertaking innovative projects for external clients. Students will apply skills and understanding they have developed over the past two years. It will work in combination with the already very successful Professional Internship Program allowing students to move into the workforce in a planned and considered manner. It will also engage the industry in a number of significant ways. Strategic Communication Agency C addresses La Trobe#s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Essential. Innovation and Entrepreneurship requires students to use their creativity to generate new ideas, understand and solve complex problems for clients and adapt and thrive in a fast-changing world.
