Governance and Risk Management is designed to improve an organisations operations and outcomes that add value to a business. In this subject, students will gain an understanding of issues of Governance and Risk Management related issues such as ethics, enterprise risk management, internal audit, fraudulent activities, business crises and other commercially grounded topics. It focuses on Governance and Risk Management in an ever-changing business environment with the concepts being taken beyond the act of compliance within regulatory mandates.
