This subject covers two industry recognised certifications from Microsoft and CompTIA. The Microsoft Technologies Associate (MTA) certification is an introductory certification. It addresses a wide spectrum of fundamental technical concepts, assesses and validates the candidate's technical ability. The CompTIA A+ is another entry level certification for individuals to begin their career in IT. It covers PC hardware and peripherals, mobile device hardware, networking and troubleshooting hardware and network connectivity issues. It also covers installing and configuring operating systems including Windows, iOS, Android, Apple OS X and Linux.

- Activities:
