Subject outline
In this subject students will implement the research proposal developed in SWP5HOA and write a thesis. Working with a supervisor, students will learn how to undertake each stage of a research project. Ability to translate their understanding of a research problem into a researchable issue and to select and utilise appropriate methodologies and data analysis will be a core objective of this subject. At the conclusion of the subject, students are expected to have demonstrated, through a completed thesis, skills in critical analysis, research and written and oral communication at a higher level than that usually expected of pass level graduates.
