Subject outline
In this subject students will explore business innovation within an international context. They will explore the necessary balance between the management of risks and the development of capability to develop, exploit, and sustain innovation. Students will examine businesses and organisations from a variety of perspectives including managerial psychology and decision sciences, strategic management, entrepreneurship, innovation management, and leadership. The student will examine organisational structures, processes, strategies, and the fit between these elements and other possible variables that may influence the ongoing battle for growth and profit on the international competitive landscape.
