Subject outline

Students will be introduced to the rigorous thought processes involved in strategic thinking. There is a dual focus on both strategy theory and the strategic decision-making processes. Students will be prepared for demanding analytical and advisory roles in the strategy field. The understanding students have of strategy and its relevance to the concepts of the competitive landscape, change in the general environment, and corporate performance will be expanded.
