In this subject, students are introduced to the terminology, diseases, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures relating to each body system as well as to terms used in specialist areas of medicine, surgery, pathology, imaging, nursing and allied health. Lectopia is only available in Semester 2.

Prerequisites Students enrolled in the following courses have priority for enrolment: HZHHIM Bachelor of Health Sciences/Master of Health Information Management, HZMCHM Bachelor of Health Sciences (Medical Classification)/Bachelor of Health Information Management. All other students must be enrolled in a Health Sciences course and requires Coordinator's approval.
