This might include deciding to apply for a promotion, taking a break to travel, enrolling in postgraduate study, or starting a family. As a student, career planning includes researching the opportunities for your unique set of skills, values, and interests; and developing the career management skills to enable you to successfully search for, apply, and accept offers of employment.
