Echo 360

Echo360 is our lecture capture and online delivery system, available through the 'Echo360 Block' on selected LMS subject pages.  

The use of Echo360 is determined by each Subject Coordinator and is not guaranteed to be used in all subjects. It may be used for recording lectures, providing course content, or facilitating online learning activities.

If you are prompted to sign into Echo360 you can do so using your student email address (e.g 12345678@students.latrobe.edu.au).  

If you have any questions or need more information about whether Echo360 will be used in your subject, please reach out to your Subject Coordinator for further clarification and assistance.

Known issues

Repeated login prompt

If you're prompted to login repeatedly follow the steps below:

  1. navigate to Echo360 directly using a new browser tab
  2. sign in using your student email address
  3. once signed in, go back to the LMS and refresh the page
  4. you should no longer be prompted to sign in.

Unable to locate or view an Echo 360 recording for a subject

  1. Open the LMS subject
  2. locate the Echo360 block and play the video
  3. If you cannot see and Echo360 block or the video is still not playing speak to the lecturer or subject coordinator for assistance, as there may have been a technical issue with the recording.
