Student Advising on campus drop-in
When you visit the Student Advising Centre or ASK La Trobe Help Zone at your campus, you’ll first speak with a member of the ASK La Trobe team who will assist you, and may assess that you need specific support from a Student Advisor.
Please note that you won’t be able to request to meet directly with a Student Advisor, the ASK La Trobe team will assess if you require specialist support from an Advisor.
The Student Advising drop-ins are a pilot and will be offered until 14 June 2024. After this date, the pilot will be reviewed using data, including feedback from the University community.

At Bundoora, Student Advisors will be available in the new dedicated Student Advising Centre in the Jenny Graves building based on the following roster by School/cohort.
Before you come to the Jenny Graves building, visit the ASK La Trobe Help Zone, where a member of the ASK La Trobe team will assess your enquiry, and direct you to the Jenny Graves building if required.
