Please note: due to ongoing public health restrictions in Metropolitan and Greater Sydney, the La Trobe Sydney campus graduation on Thursday 19 August has been delayed.

Sydney Graduation 2021

Date: TBC

We will continue to monitor NSW Government restrictions as they relate to COVID Safe event delivery and hope to re-schedule for late 2021. You will be sent invitation six weeks before the next ceremony and you can tell us your graduation preference then.

Your graduation options:

1. Attend this ceremony
2. Defer to a later ceremony, or
3. Graduate in absentia (without attending a ceremony).

To avoid missing out on graduation:

  • Regularly check your La Trobe student email for updates.
  • Check that your contact details are correct in StudentOnLine.
  • Clear any overdue fees or debts with the University (check your statement of account and sanctions in StudentOnLine).

Note: If you do not choose one of the above options, you will automatically graduate in absentia. Graduating in absentia means you will not have the option to attend a ceremony, and you will need to request your testamur online after your original ceremony has concluded.
