This subject is an introduction to the historical, social and cultural realities of Latin America and Spain through a number of case studies. It focuses on such topics as Spanglish, dictatorships, gender and other relevant areas.  Learning activities are designed to help students grow in their intercultural understanding and academic writing skills.
