Subject outline

This subject builds on the skills studied in LAW5LRE. The focus in this subject is on advanced legal research skills and the preparation of a thesis. Students will be asked to apply the skills and knowledge obtained from LAW5LRE in structuring a high quality critical analysis of a particular legal question. They will also be required to present their findings to the class. Subject coordinator(s) will develop an unique curriculum based on their own research interests, which will be communicated to students via LMS.
