Subject outline

This subject introduces students to international trade regulations and institutions, with a focus on GATT/WTO, its institutional setting, principles and rules. While it has a comprehensive coverage, the subject is intended as a general introduction to international law concerning trade and business. The principal objective is to establish a solid foundation for students who wish to pursue further studies in specialised legal areas of international trade, international investment and international dispute resolution.
