In this subject, you will gain a deep understanding of the key economic, philosophical and political dimensions that underpin the institutions of justice in our legal system, including courts, police and corrections. This subject will examine how our regulatory system, including its laws, policies and procedures, are deeply affected by political-economic considerations.
