In this subject, students will complete a course in Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt including assessment and certification compliant with AuSQ. The course will include advanced problem-solving methodologies for addressing business improvement projects and initiatives, statistical tools and techniques to make fact-based decisions, application of Minitab software and change management skills.
