Subject outline
This subject aims to integrate and expand students' knowledge and skills in practice leadership in child wellbeing and child protection. The subject will include a major focus on leading practice in the organisation with regard to practice relating to trauma, attachment, cumulative harm and resilience. A particular focus of the subject is culturally relevant and effective practice leadership in relation to Aboriginal children and communities.
