This subject provides you with a comprehensive introduction to the practical application of core sport management principles, including strategic sport management, organisational structures, human resource management, leadership, organisational cultures, governance and performance management. Each principles and its application is contextualised within a discussion of the role of the state, non-profit management and professional sport.
