In this subject students will enhance skills in advanced legal research and writing methods. Students will be introduced to a range of socio-legal research methods and techniques, and theoretical approaches to legal scholarship. The subject gives students the opportunity to apply these skills and theoretical frameworks to a number of legal topics.
