ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING MAJOR PROJECT B

ELE5MPB

2018

Credit points: 30

Subject outline

Enrolment in this subject and continuation of the major project students is normally dependent on achievement of a minimum mark of 75% in ELE5MPA. In this section, students complete the practical section of their project, write a project thesis, prepare a project poster and give a formal presentation and demonstration. Students are expected to demonstrate mastery in circuit or system design at the level of an experienced practitioner in the field or undertake a research project at an equivalent level. Students must demonstrate their ability to integrate and draw on their coursework studies relevant to the project. Industry-based students may undertake projects as part of their normal employment, where relevant opportunities exist and suitable resources and supervision can be guaranteed.
