This subject, USA Property Law is designed to familiarize students with the basic concepts of property together with the principal subject areas necessary to the understanding of the theory and practical application of the law of property. The subject will cover the nature of property and ownership, rights of common owners, rights in land of another, real estate transactions and public regulation and taking of property.
