Subject outline

In this subject, students participate in lectures/seminars relevant to the working health professional. Perspectives covered include theoretical, policy, ethical and technical applications in e-health and health information management taking account of healthcare provider and consumer concerns. The content varies according to the identified needs and interests of the students. There is an emphasis on contemporary issues relating to health services, health information policy, ethics, human resource management, information management and quality management in health care.
