Subject outline

This subject represents an opportunity to take part in a domestic or international study tour as a full credit subject. The La Trobe Business School offers study tours in a range of discipline areas. You will be involved in intensive learning tasks and also get the opportunity to visit and observe a number of sites relevant to the disciplinary context of the specific tour, which may include events, businesses, cultural sites, organisations and authorities. The learning experience is augmented through active engagement with professionals, observations, and personal reflection of your experiences on tour. This learning is supported by on-line and/or face-to-face learning activities and specific assessment tasks tailored to the nature of the study tour activities. Enrolment in an instance of this subject is by application and is subject to approval by the Instance Coordinator, which may be subject also to the availability of opportunities and supervisors.
