In this subject the student will be assisted to review the role of practice leadership with a view to integrating learning from subjects previously completed in this course. The aim of the subject is to engage students in developing confidence in an effective leadership style and to understand how they can impact on the culture of their organisation and effect outcomes.

02. Generate and evaluate a framework for leadership in child and family practice and generate approaches for reviewing and evaluating performance in a range of contexts relevant to child protection practice and co-creation of postive outcomes for children
