Subject outline

Students will be introduced to basic skills in digital media production and will be provided with the opportunity to explore the production forms examined in theoretical media: screen + sound subjects. Working collaboratively in small production teams, students will be involved in producing short practical exercises and uploading them to the web. Students undertake roles in either; direction, camera operating, editing, sound recording or production management to produce a completed five-minute short film screened publicly at the completion of the semester.
