This subject introduces students to contemporary approaches to and perspectives on sustainable international development. Weekly topics will provide an opportunity for students to critically debate contemporary development perspectives on global issues such as poverty, sustainability, justice, social change and community, as well as question the relevance of concepts such as 'overseas' development assistance.
