Governance and risk management is designed to improve an organisations operations and outcomes that add value to a business. In this subject, you will gain an understanding of issues of governance and risk management; related issues such as ethics, enterprise risk management, internal audit, fraudulent activities, business crises; and other commercially grounded topics. You will focus on governance and risk management in an ever-changing business environment with the concepts being taken beyond the act of compliance within regulatory mandates.
