Leadership is a skill that is not only valued at an organizational/managerial level, but also as a personal skill in daily life. The application of these theories will be explored across a range of work-place contexts - large and small; profit and not-for-profit; government and non-government Students will be expected to become familiar with the leadership literature and to be able to interpret and critique this in relation to the Australian context and where possible, to their own work context as well.
