This subject will enable you to identify how 'work ready skills' are developed through part-time employment, volunteer work, and academic studies. You will analyse the likely impact of social, demographic, technological, occupational and industrial trends on your career development. You will also get the opportunity to engage with professionals working in your preferred occupation and develop an understanding of career planning and decision-making processes.
