Subject outline

In this subject students will build upon the learning from Critical Reflection A. They will be introduced to recent debates and theories about the nature of professional practice in the current climate, and also the implications of this for work within different organisatinal settings. Seminars will incorporate the use of the critical reflection process in examining the supervision, mentoring, management or research practice of students. Assignments will focus on assisting students to draw up a plan for using critical reflection in their workplace.
