Subject outline

This subject provides training in reservations and ticketing procedures for the travel industry using automated processes. The subject is designed to deliver both vocational skills in operating and managing global reservations and ticketing systems, along with a conceptual understanding of how the process works to maintain the information needed by travellers, travel retailers, travel operators and destination managers. An industry recognised certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the Global Reservation Systems Component.
