This unit will focus on the theory and practice literature that serves to support the development of advanced knowledge and skills for experienced social work practitioners from developing countries. It is designed essentially as a subject for experienced practitioners and will attempt to place their practice knowledge in relation to not only relevant contemporary social work practice theory but also key social and community development literature.
