Subject outline

In the placement the student undertakes practical experience in an external placement agency under the supervision of an experienced clinical neuropsychologist. The student is required to conduct assessments and case management, and to undertake other activities as directed. Candidates should demonstrate competence with the presentation of reports to the client and his or her family, and make a contribution to case planning meetings and other institutional commitment as they arise within the placement setting. Students are expected to undertake a more independent professional role than required in the previous placements.
