Subject outline

In this unit students look at organisations in their changing environment. They discuss the nature and causes of change, the effects of change on organisational structure and cultural change. Recognition of the politics of change and the role of leadership in change processes is given emphasis. Key success factors in measuring change are developed and discussed. Finally a range of models of change, both traditional and current, are studied.
