Subject outline

In this subject students will be introduced to the increasing range of issues that sport managers need to deal with in the context of domestic and international law. After a generic introduction students will deal with sport specific applications of law in relation to contracts, ethics, sporting competitions, sport rights and also overview a number of specific institutions that deal with the upholding of the law in the context of sport.
