Topics include: concession (royalty/tax) agreements, production-sharing agreements, risk service contracts, the model international Joint Operating Agreement, and best practices in social/environment issues (seeking to avoid the "petro-curse" and achieve sustainable development). The subject includes an overview of future demand and supply trends in energy, in light of geopolitics and global warming.
