In this unit, students are introduced to the skills, strategies, policies and processes to negotiate, manage, and resolve disputes arising in Government. The equitable and effective management of disputes involving Government, contractors, subcontractors and others are the focus of this unit. Students will explore the key issues involved, the necessary procedural steps that must be taken and the administrative and judicial forums available for hearing and deciding the parties contentions.
