Subject outline
This unit equips compliance professionals and beginners alike with practical everyday guidance on how to: run a staff induction program; develop a compliance education program; approach and solve compliance problems; develop a compliance culture in an organisation and run effective monitoring and surveillance programs. Students will explore ASIC's investigative powers and structuring compliance programs so that they comply with the new requirements set out in the Corporations Act.
