Subject outline

Students in this unit will explore the legal treatment of philanthropic and public interest activity in the corporate sector. Students will also engage in comparative analysis of other comparable jurisdictions including Canada, New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom and examine recent reports of the Companies and Markets Advisory Committee and the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Companies and Securities.
