In this unit, students will prepare a research paper based on their experience, skills and understanding of an area of conflict resolution, such as mediation, negotiation or arbitration. This unit is designed for students who have attended considerable professional development training, that is, at least a four-day workshop conducted by a recognised conflict resolution training organisation. Approval to undertake this unit must be obtained from the Postgraduate Coordinator in Conflict Resolution based on submission of documentation demonstrating the student's attendance at an approved workshop within the past 3 years.
