Subject outline
In this unit students will be provided with a focus on Chinese company and securities law. Students will examine both statutory law and cases in these specific areas. While the present law and practice will be the focus of the unit, various legislative and policy reform measures now under consideration by the Chinese government and legislative authorities will also be introduced and explained.
