Students will be introduced to public and private law aspects of international business. With its focus upon contemporary legal and policy issues, the following topics are covered: international organisations and institutions concerning trade and investment,(ie WTO, IMF World Bank etc), international sale of goods, international carriage of goods, foreign investment and international dispute settlement
