Subject outline

This subject introduces students to the practice of translation, principally from Italian to English but also vice versa, as well as to translation theory. Students translate texts of a number of different types, including literature, journalism and advertising. The subject develops written, analytical and comprehension skills in both Italian and English. Teaching is carried out in Italian.
