Subject outline
In this subject students will be introduced to the principles of fixed prosthodontics. Fixed prosthodontics encompasses the treatment planning, design and clinical procedures involved the placement of indirect restorative procedures in the dentition. The subject will be delivered with a series of lectures, tutorials, laboratory simulation exercises and an online component. Students must complete this subject successfully to be able to undertake fixed prosthodontics procedures in the subject DEN4CDA in the clinical environment.
