In this unit students learn concepts, principles and implementations of Web Services. Contents of the unit include models, standards and mechanisms of web services; enterprise architectures; supply chains; ePayment mechanisms; semantic web and ontology; security requirements, mechanisms and implementation tools. By taking this unit students will have a general understanding of the area and should gain the knowledge and skills to design and implement a service application.
